Had a great time at the AASHE Conference in Pittsburgh! I was inspired to take greater action for sustainability and to use the power of storytelling in new and different ways. Screened the original GCSU Department of Theatre & Dance production of “Don’t Flush It!” as a part of the AASHE Film Festival and received very positive comments from the audience! The other wonderful thing I got to do was visit the Warhol Museum. I’ve been a fan of Andy Warhol’s work for a long time and pretty much read anything I can find about him, so I was quite fascinated by this place! There was a video about his early ink drawing and painting process that I found quite interesting, and it looked like fun to try so if I do experiment with it I’ll post the results here.
